Meet the Republic West Pre-Construction & Planning team.

Unlike other Phoenix architect and remodeling contractors, Republic West employs many of the people who contact clients and actually do the work that completes the project. Our Pre-Construction & Planning team is no exception.

Pre-Construction & Planning works to gain a complete understanding to the agreed upon scope of work between Republic West and the client. They use an extensive verification process to ensure that the chosen design can be executed as sold and all potential pitfalls can be uncovered and addressed. They also prepare all necessary construction documents including plans, product specifications, etc. to obtain the permits required and deal with municipalities. The end result is a detailed plan and timeline transferring all necessary information to the operations department for field installation and purchase orders.

If the absolute goal is true excellence in execution, it all begins with planning and preparation.  Republic West is extremely fortunate to have as its Vice President of Remodeling and the Head of Pre-Construction & Planning, Peter Limon, whose background consists of an Architectural Degree from Arizona State University and over 26 years of experience in the remodeling end of the construction industry. 


“My initial responsibility is to accept 100% responsibility to plan and prepare for execution, in absolute world class fashion, projects sold by our design team.  To accomplish this I use a daily pursuit of perfecting the art of balancing the mission, vision and principles of Republic West by means of a disciplined management framework and the coordination of human and material resources to achieve my objectives. As the pre-construction manager, using the Blueprint for Success, I begin to prepare the customer for their projects execution.  It is my goal to provide both the client and the Republic West operational staff with detailed project timelines and schedules, establishing performance and production time requirements for the duration the project."
