Meet the Republic West Operations & Execution team.

Unlike other Arizona architect and remodeling contractors, Republic West employs many of the people who contact clients and actually do the work that completes the project. Our Operations & Execution team is no exception.

Upon the close of pre-construction, a transfer of detailed information occurs to the Operations & Execution team.  Each field manager receives a project manual that includes such documents as the contract and agreed upon change orders, a timeline, purchase orders issued and detailed scope of work.  This allows us to support the client thoughout the project as part of our concierge service.  All applicable drawings are printed and put in the manuals as well.  Each book has the daily job status tracking report, as described above.  It is the integration of a truly talented team that allows for a positive construction experience for our clients.

Jack Plemons
With 10+ years in the construction industry, Jack brings a wealth of experience to his role as Head of Field Operations of the Remodeling Division at Republic West.

“It is my job to accept 100% responsibility for the world-class execution of every project that is sold and planned for in the remodeling division of Republic West.  It is also my job to ensure that each job is executed within the vision of an outstanding experience for each client of Republic West.  Within that role, I must have a complete understanding of every contract and change to the scope of work once pre-construction is completed and closed.  Once that occurs, it is my job to ensure that everyone on my team has the same and complete understanding.  It is also my role to act as the client advocate in their relationship with Republic West once a job starts the construction process."

Daniel Jimenez
Daniel is the Assistant Project Manager of the Remodeling Division at Republic West. A graduate of Arizona State University and the Del E. Webb School of Construction, Daniel's skill set shows an emphasis on residential construction management.

"My primary role is to support the efforts of the Head of Field operations and the project foreman.  To that end, I have two primary responsibilities.  The first is to accept 100% responsibility for the trade partner program and their part in executing Republic West projects in “world-class” fashion.  I must have a complete understanding of each trade partner’s scope of work on each project and ensure they are prepared to do that work.  This could entail a site visit before the work is to begin or a conversation when no site visit is necessary.  I will also ensure they have a complete understand of scheduling requirement as others are dependent on their timely and accurate execution.  I am also responsible for working with and handling all inspections on permitted jobs.  I will schedule such inspections, attend all necessary meeting and ensure we are in compliance with code."

Julie Carson
Julie is the Remodeling Division Manager at Republic West.

“It is my responsibility to make sure the employees of the remodeling division have the tools necessary to complete their jobs in a manner which allows Republic West to offer “World-Class Service.”  I would be known as the quarterback for every aspect of the operational flow.  I manage and enforce all systems that are put in place by the company.  I coordinate with sales, operations and field personnel to make sure all clients are taken care of in a timely fashion adding to their experience in a positive manner.”

Lisa Rosenstock
Lisa is seasoned Customer Service Representative at Republic West.

“I am at the core of information and I must achieve true excellence in my job if Republic West is to achieve its mission and vision and execute to world class standards.  I have several customers from which I receive, distribute and communicate information.  For me to be successful in my job, I must be incredibly organized and proactive.  I serve the customer and I am at the foundation of our “concierge service.”  I serve and support the field personnel, obtaining and passing on information that allows for excellence in execution.  I also support the work of our trade partners, ensuring they are prepared to execute as the timeline indicates."

"My job, first and foremost is to be an ambassador for the mission and vision of Republic West and do everything in my power to make the customer’s remodeling experience “world class.”  It is my job to ensure that all aspects of the job contract and corresponding change orders are executed as efficiently and quality minded as possible, as well as maintain to the best of my ability the given timeline and I will accept 100% responsibility for this task."
